Vetted sources out products from all over the world. To keep everything simple we stick to basic freight shipping, which we then offer our customers free of charge. We do our absolute best to get you your items in a timely fashion, but it can take up to 60 days for items to arrive at the destination. If your item has not arrived within 90 days, you are eligible for a full refund. If you have not received your item within 90 days of it being ordered and would like a refund, please contact us and we will begin the refund process:
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days after the product has been delivered. At any time, Vetted reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange as well as reimbursement on shipping and handling charges. We have a Canadian returns warehouse, so all returns remain domestic.
